Refund policy

 

No refunds or returns are accepted once an order is confirmed, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues (Eligible for Refund/Replacement)

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@yurhorse.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

If the claim is approved, we will refund your original payment method or send a replacement and provide any needed return label and instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

How to Start a Claim

Email support@yurhorse.com first. If a return is required for inspection, send it to:

(We’ll provide a return shipping label only for approved damage/defect cases.)

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement for the damaged/defective item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off (If Applicable)

If the order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and you’ll need the receipt/proof of purchase.
Outside of this EU right of withdrawal, no refunds/returns are allowed unless the item is damaged/defective/incorrect.

Refund Timing (Approved Claims Only)

Once we receive and inspect any required return, we’ll notify you of the decision. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank/credit card may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t received it 15 business days after our approval, please contact support@yurhorse.com.
